Dana leads GrantWorks 360 Consulting with more than 5 years of experience in project management, grant writing, and nonprofit leadership. As Treasurer of a nonprofit board, she brings firsthand knowledge of the financial and operational challenges organizations navigate every day.
Her leadership centers on building clear strategies and guiding nonprofits through the full grant cycle - from planning and research to writing and reporting. By combining practical insight with steady guidance, Dana helps organizations strengthen funding pipelines and pursue opportunities with confidence.
At GrantWorks 360, she oversees client strategy and service delivery, ensuring every engagement reflects the firm’s values of accountability, efficiency, and impact.
